New Alternate Juror in place this morning, starting back at square one again. We'll post more as we get it. Thanks for the tip Patient Advocate! (Hey... that's a hilarious picture you've got up there today!)
It is very likely that we will not make it to court in time once the jury has reached a verdict. Once the jury has reached a verdict, it can be as little as a half an hour between the time that we will get a call and it is read in court. We will post as soon as we have confirmation of verdict.

Keep the faith DS......
Fingernail picking girl's employer sent a letter to the judge two weeks ago, asking that she be released. The judge declined. Here's hoping fingernail girl will ask to leave. I would like to see her replaced by that older woman seated in the back row.
ReplyDeletePA - One of those double-edged swords though. I'm feeling a bit ironic this morning.
ReplyDeleteDo we ALL get up at 4AM and go to bed at midnight?
Seems like it DS, and I want to tell you my alarm clock gave ME the finger this morning!
ReplyDeleteI wish I could get a full 8 hours, just doesn't seem possible!
We have to do something about our clocks. They ARE impertinent; frankly they're rude!
ReplyDeleteI slept almost ten hours last night.
