It has been MOVED to October 31, 2012.  The hearing is listed as a "General Plan" hearing. ayres is seeking to be placed under the conservatorship of his daughter Barbara Ayres of Sacramento.

    I don't get this. Why should this child rapist be under a conservatorship? The rapist is mentally competent and should be in prison now and for the rest of his life. Is he transferring, or has he transferred, his wealth to some offshore account to prevent the survivors from suing him for damages? What is going on here?

    ayres one sick pedophile been doing it 40 + years. Wat a perfect job to be a child psychaitrist, get many young 12-13 year old boys, already confused and having something in the way of behavioral, adjustment problems. I know. I am 1966 victim. I get ayres "physical." I bet this lowlife use his gig as psyc. to bankroll trips to India and other places where parents sell their kids sexually to pervs like this. Where ayres can really get busy. I hope he do life in extreme isolation cell. No way corrections can let him go general population.

    Good point. If this man gets sprung and eventually travels to Asia so that he can satisfy his kiddie compulsion, perhaps Gary Glitter can give him some advice?
