Pre-trial Conference still on?

The court clerk is reporting that there is STILL a pre-trial conference scheduled for 1:30pm PST on Friday, April 2nd.

We'll see if we can confirm this further, and post an update.

    Can anyone tell me what this medical reason is that is prompting MacDougall to ask for the competency hearing?

    Can anyone tell me why Ayres is out and about by himself, if he's so infirm?

    Can anyone tell me who Ayes called when he was in jail for those four days back in 2007?
