Civil Shenanigans and Festering Rot

Two new brief updates:

We recently noted that william ayres, infamous San Mateo County malingering child molester and alleged child psychiatrist, had settled out of court with a second victim who had filed a lawsuit. There are currently at least four more civil suits pending relating to ayres' molestation of young boys. (You can follow their progress on our "ayres' Court Dates" tab.)

In a recent development (January 2nd, 2013) we've noticed that ayres (listed as "John Doe 1" in this case) has requested that there be a "Protective Order" filed, or at a minimum, that his oral deposition be stayed. There will be a hearing in the matter on February 15th, 2013.

Yet more Malingering by the child molester that San Mateo County Officials fawn lovingly over the most, and his shitty, soulless attorneys.

San Mateo County: Miasma of Rot!

Speaking of Rot:

One of our ever vigilant, longtime blog readers (Patient Advocate) noticed recently that the pusillanimous evil foisted upon the citizens of the county by william ayres is still giving and giving back some more:

The office building that molester ayres and his Shrinky-Dink cohorts designed -- with special, built-in, features to facilitate child molestation -- has fallen victim to ayres' inexorably encroaching evil:

215 N. San Mateo Drive, San Mateo, CA

william hamilton ayres was arrested on April 5, 2007 on charges relating to his molestation of many young boys while he was alleging to provide psychiatric care to private patients as well as referrals for evaluation from the juvenile court system in San Mateo County. ayres has been delaying his way through the system free from custody until this latest gambit to skirt prosecution by playing demented for the courts. ayres is currently under the conservatorship of his daughter Barbara Ayres of Sacramento, CA

ayres has had significant interaction over the years with local politicians on boards like the "Children and Families First Commission,"  including the DA who was serving when prosecution began Jim Fox and Assemblyman Rich Gordon. In fact, Gordon nominated ayres for a lifetime achievement award for his "Tireless effort to improve the lives of children." ayres has also been vocally supported during his criminal trial by local head-shrinkers like Bart Blinder, Etta Bryant, Mel Blaustein, Harry Coren, Tom Ciesla, Robert KimmichLarry Lurie, Maria Lymberis, Richard Shadoan, Captane Thomson, and Harold Wallach.

  1. Bet the termite tent bothered ayres holidays, him liking to lurk around his old building.

Probably a bit of an economic loss for the currents business folks too. How do you tell your clientele that you will be closed for a week because you have termites?

Me being the OCD type I would probably make that my last visit.....

I'm confused. If a protective order is placed and the criminal's oral deposition (meaning, his statement(s) in court?) is stayed, will court documents pertaining to his December 2012 settlement be sealed to the public? If so, why? Anything to hide?

How has the criminal been having lately?
