URGENT:

According to the San Mateo Daily Journal, william hamilton ayres, accused of molesting many young boys while acting as a "psychiatrist," is now asking for a delay in his October 4th competency trial.

There is a hearing THIS FRIDAY MORNING to determine the outcome. No word as to what the piss-ant attorney's excuse is this time.

NOTE: I checked with the court clerk today just before 1:00 pm. There is no hearing on the schedule. The next court date is the trial on October 4th. Probably just a system glitch somewhere. Checked again in the later afternoon, still nothing listed. I'm sure there will be a hearing on Friday, just have no idea when, or if it's public. More info later today hopefully.

  1. The trade off for another delay would be to raise and OR revoke his bail.

These are the options. Any way to relay that information to the courts?

If he keeps asking for execeptions and freedom the other side should ask for something too.

It's time to quit giving to ayres and take some things aways - like his freedom and money - more bail, or revoke it.

  2. Anonymous: very good points.

Yes, his bail should be raised.

Didn't Ayres' lawyer ask that the bail be removed entirely a while back?

Time for the San Mateo DA to act tough. They haven't been so far.

I think that the police should be tailing Ayres. I have received word that Ayres may have been seen lurking around a public swimming pool, ogling the young boys. Why isn't anyone monitoring this guy?

  4. Victoria,

I see this case was completed. But the court records don't say what the outcome was or have an "image" of the papers filed that i could find.

Do you know anything on this?

  6. Patient Advocate:

I don't know anything about the outcome of the hearing in the civil case today.

It is of interest that there was a hearing just for Greg Doe. The other victims who are suing were not involved in this hearing.

Remember, there is a police report from 1987 from Greg Doe. Ayres also admitted during the criminal trial that Greg was his patient.

As Ayres has destroyed many of his patient records, it's been harder for the other civil suit victims to prove that they were his patients.
