Week 2, Day 2 - Jury Selection - Detail

Updates from June 9th, 2009:

1:00PM:
From "Sarah", posted at the SM Daily Journal:
Went to jury selection and the bailiff told me that there is gonna be 150 today and that I wont be able to sit down at all. And yesterday there were 250 jurors, so im going to go back at 3:30 and see how many there are remaining.
-Thanks for the update Sarah... please keep us all posted!

Also, as an anonymous poster noted: There are actually NO jurors SEATED yet: there are some (anyone have a count?) who have made it past initial questions, but all are still subject to being dismissed until all challenges have been exhausted.

2:00PM:
One of our correspondents sent in a post lunchtime report. As of 2:00 pm, jurors were busy filling out questionnaires in one courtroom. The other courtroom, held for jurors questioning this morning, was empty. The court clerk told our correspondent that jury questioning was done for the day.

  7. Man, I wish I had held out on my last scary movie. I could of watched this! Give me a good bag of popcorn but don't let the hand pop out of the screen! Ahhhh......

    Scary......

P.S. I bet on June 19, 2009 and I will wager a tanning booth session for Ayres or Weinberg.

  8. Weinberg looks like he spends all of his free time in a tanning booth. Or as he lives in Berkeley, maybe he has a boat. That burnt sienna tan is very distracting
