  2. Only thing that worries me is Weinberg would have to be there on May 29 for sentencing.....or it could happen sooner.......well, I must say with the news that Spector is almost broke, perhaps it won't be Weinbery handling his case much longer! Uh oh Weinberg must be shaking in his boots too....

  3. Don't even jump that far. In San Mateo courts, I think Fridays are often dark days, and May 29 is a Friday.

Just watching Whineberg talking to the press. He started off OK but then quickly descended into the Whineberg of late that made Judg Fidler on the Spector case irritated and made that Ayres judge feel antipathy towards him..

Whine, whine, whine:" The jury was pressured to convict"( saoin a hurt and feeling sorry for himself voice) and " Why did they bring up how much we paid our defense when THEY (the prosecutors) were flying their witnesses around the world..." whine, whine whine. And on and on.

  4. Sorry I just made some typos in the previous post, like,

saoin a hurt and feeling sorry for himself voice)

I meant to say: said in a hurt and feeling sorry for himself voice.

  5. Weinberg also blamed his loss on the judge and his rulings. Not very classy behavior, W to criticize the judge in a press conference. Methinks W's mother must have not just spoiled him rotten but not taught him any manners, either

Here he goes again: "the evidence wasn't there."

    Whatever, Whineberg.

    Next.

  6. Weinberg is a "cleaner". Minimize the impact to the guilty.

Did it for Bernie "Perv of the Left" Ward, will do it for Spector too.

  7. Spector's two adopted sons said they were molested as children.

"Spector's two adopted sons said they were molested as children."

Mr. Wineburg sure does seems to like to hang out with child molestors. Kreepy.

  9. Someone just posted this prediction for Doron Weinberg on the "In Session" message boards for the Spector case, and I thought it was funny:

Doron Weinberg - will continue to be a defense lawyer and complain about justice, judges and prosecutors whenever his clients are found, or likely to be found guilty.

  10. Well if Whineberg complains about it being everybody else.....he still feels he is competent a classic case of "blame switching."
Self-centered egotistical people tend to do that all the time.
